After many years of searching for lifes purpose, our founder was reunited with the ocean.

As a young girl, on her fathers shoulders playing at the beach, to years in Management & Finance; only to be called back to the ocean; this time as a young woman venturing to become an underwater explorer. While down there, she noticed the amount of trash filling our oceans.

And so, she began her quest to eliminate this trash, decrease her use of plastics and adopt a plant-based lifestyle. Using swimwear on a day-to-day basis, our founder quickly realised how fragile some swimwear can be, along with how unsustainable the industry is.

This birthed Gaia Swim: An Eco-Friendly, and fashionable swimwear family.
